Great home made Indian food. The decor is an eclectic collection of furnishings in what seems to be an old Thai beauty shop. Yet in true Thai-indian style it really offers a treat to the taste buds and a test of ones preconceptions of where the best foods can be found. It was my third visit to this restaurant and I truly hope it will not be my last! Sorry, I was to busy eating to take photos so go experience it yourself.
This little restaurant offers tasty Indian cuisine with a unique style--worth trying! The long menu offers both both vegetarian and non-veg. versions. I had the vegetarian set meal with three vegetable curries along with two puri (you have a choice of regular flatbread or puffed puri or one of each) and a choice of Indian desserts. I also liked the masala tea. Besides the Indian items, the owners also offer the northern Thai noodle dish--khao soi--in duck, mock-duck, chicken, and veggie. Only drawback was the TV that the owner would turn down, but not off. Open Sun. 3-7 p.m. and Mon.-Sat. 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; note the restaurant closes the last weekend of the month.
