Clean, cool ac and very good service. The variety of equipment is good mix of strength and cardio. The place is middle size but well layed out. Will be going here more often. As a big guy they made me feel welcomed and where ready to assist and advise.
Fully air conditioned , clean and got cardio plus both weight machines and comprehensive free section. Not much you can’t do with a little imagination and staff are very helpful if you need any help!! Medium sized gym but only a few in when I was there at 8am.
