Bkk level of equipment options. Super cool staff, trainers there to hire or spot you. I just restarted going back to gym after losing weight and they were very helpful and made sure I was starting out right. Super plus everytime I've gone in the past 2wks (6x) there is staff cleaning and wiping down equipment and floor keeping it clean and sanity. Good size as well. Daily lockers, showers, and equipment selection. After my first month I plan to sign for another 3 or 4. Daily fee or monthly membership with card. Staff is Thai and most speak a good level of English or understand. Haven't had any issues.
5 star gym, 2 star experience. Construction carried out in the middle of the day; sparks flying, smoke, drilling and hammering into the floor, unable to use the only rack and a portion of the gym. At times I could not even hear the music in my headphones. No warning by staff and only a brief apology after an hour and a half. I understand this is Thailand, but a gym of this standard needs to consider the experience of customers and the safety of all. Why not just close the gym for 2-3 hours, get the work done and keep everyone happy and safe??? 200 B for a day pass, full range of upper and lower body equipment and cardio machines, plenty of space, dumbbells up to 45kg-normally would be a very good gym
Good fitness, equipment, fully priced at 100 baht per time, but if the day has a class, it will be 200 baht per time. Can finish playing later In the tavern shop hahahahaha
